Service Agreement and Rates

A Purchase Order Number and a Description of Issue must be submitted prior to arranging on-site service.

Matrix Service Technicians are insured, and we maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Upon completion of on-site service, Matrix Service Technicians will provide a Technical Service Report.

Field Service Rates
On-site Support	$180 per hour
Travel Time to location	$75 per hour
Expenses such as lodging and airfare	as incurred
Telephone/Email support	$75 per hour

Parts are extra cost, unless covered by warranty.
